Recreation Metalways – Service Terms and Conditions of Use

By subscribing to our services through this website or any of our client portals, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use (referred to as “Terms of Service”). This agreement also applies to any orders you place for our services and represents your consent to these terms.

Welcome to Recreation Metalways headquartered at 123 East 9th Street, Ste #323, Upland, California 91786 (hereafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). We provide the following services:

  • Automated detection and resolution of common Microsoft Windows issues.
  • Access to a self-help knowledge base for troubleshooting issues not resolved automatically.
  • Live technical support for problems beyond automation and self-help options.

These Terms of Service create a legally binding agreement between you and Business Growth Solutions LLC regarding your access to and use of our subscription services, support options, and all related content, including electronic documentation (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services are delivered through geekonprint.live, its subdomains, client portals, or any authorized websites and support channels operated on our behalf.

If you are based in the United States (including its territories and possessions), you agree to the Arbitration Agreement and class action waiver included in these Terms of Service for resolving disputes, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it for details regarding the handling of personal information and cookies.

Electronic Signature Consent to Terms of Service and Orders

By accessing our website or using our services, you consent to these Terms of Service. Clicking “I AGREE,” “I CONSENT,” or similar buttons, or providing electronic consent by any method, constitutes your agreement to use electronic signatures and records. These hold the same legal authority as handwritten signatures for these terms and any related transactions with Recreation Metalways.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic processes at any time by sending a written request. However, withdrawing consent may limit your ability to access our Sites or Services unless an alternative legally valid agreement is established.

Updates to Terms of Service: We may revise these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, from time to time. Updated terms replace prior versions and take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. For existing subscribers, changes generally take effect 30 days after posting. Previous versions will be retained for at least 12 months where feasible.

We may notify you of updates, but it is your responsibility to stay informed of the latest terms. Continuing to use our Sites or Services after updates indicates your agreement to the revised terms.

Communication Preferences: By using our services, you consent to receive important electronic communications, such as account updates, billing notifications, payment confirmations, and security alerts, through email or your account dashboard. These communications are part of your relationship with us and fulfill legal notice requirements.

We also send promotional content, including newsletters, product updates, and special offers, which you can opt out of anytime. Additionally, we may call you for scheduling live technical support or resolving billing issues. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Account Set-Up

Establishing an Account: Browsing public pages of the Site is free. However, to access the Services, you must create and activate an account. Registration is completed via the online order forms provided by Recreation Metalways. During account creation, you must confirm that you are 18 years or older. You will choose a unique username and password, provide a valid email address, and confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Activation: Recreation Metalways may refuse account activation for any reason. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming activation. After activation, you can log in to access the Services and related features. By activating your account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Certain Services may have additional terms specified in your subscription order (“Order”). You agree to comply with all terms applicable to your Services.

Services are licensed for the number of computers listed in your Order. Additional computers require a separate Order. The Services are not dependent on future features or functionality unless explicitly stated in the Order.

Password Protection: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You are accountable for all activity under your account. Notify Recreation Metalways immediately if your password is lost, stolen, shared, or compromised.

Account Requirements: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain it. False, outdated, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to Services.

Access to Services via Recreation Metalways Client

The Recreation Metalways client application (“Client”) allows efficient access to our advisory Services. It performs an initial analysis, establishes a performance baseline, detects hardware, and launches system optimizations. The Client is owned by Business Growth Solutions LLC or its licensees and protected by copyright law. You are granted limited use upon accepting these Terms of Service, including updates and enhancements.

The Client includes a third-party component (cpuidsdk.dll) provided by CPUID EURL for improved system recommendations.

Additional Client features are available only after subscribing to Services. You may uninstall the Client via Control Panel → Add/Remove Programs. Some residual files may remain but are harmless.

  • Microsoft .NET 2.0 may be installed if not present; required for Client functionality.
  • Active internet connection required.
  • Apps site apps.geekonprint.live is added to Internet Explorer Trusted Sites for scan access.

User Rights & Obligations:

  • Use Client only on computers specified in your subscription.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or replicate the Client.
  • U.S. Government users have Restricted Rights; subject to federal regulations.
  • Client technology cannot be exported to embargoed countries or restricted individuals.

Recreation Metalways may terminate or limit access for violations or misuse of Services or Client. Device-specific issues should be addressed with the manufacturer. Deactivate lost or sold devices to protect account access.

Access to Service via Live Technical Support Assistance

Active subscribers may request assistance from our live technical support team via phone. Remote diagnosis, including temporary device access, may be performed with your consent.

To receive Services, you must confirm that our agents have access to the affected devices or network, and that your subscription is active and up to date. A high-speed internet connection is required; dial-up or satellite connections are not supported.

Support is generally available 12 hours/day, 7 days/week, excluding holidays. Additional services outside these Terms may be provided for an extra fee.

Supported systems include personal computers running Microsoft Windows and commonly used programs such as:

  • Windows 8, XP SP3+, Vista, 7, 10 (32-bit & 64-bit)
  • Recreation Metalways software installation and usage
  • Web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge)
  • Email client setup
  • System performance optimization
  • Device driver installation, printer setup, audio/webcam support
  • Spyware/Malware removal with acknowledgment that some actions may affect software licenses or system performance
  • No guarantee that viruses or spyware will not reappear post-Service

Agents may support peripheral devices connected to Supported PCs, including printers, cameras, phones, and gaming systems. Hardware support includes driver installation and troubleshooting, with referral to manufacturers if required.

Recreation Metalways Signature Service DOES NOT INCLUDE:
  • Support for non-Windows® operating systems or applications
  • Labor or parts replacement for hardware or peripherals
  • On-site or at-home services
  • Support when system compatibility or configuration is invalid
  • Support for Internet Explorer®
  • Database editing or creation
  • Computers or devices managed by an external IT department
  • Enabling access to corporate systems, email, or data
  • Live data manipulation or video editing
  • Creating illegal software copies or bypassing copyright protection
  • Creating DVDs of commercially available movies
  • Installing dual-boot operating system configurations
  • Accessing “cracked” or hacked files
  • Support for commercial-grade printers
  • Supporting illegal activities at our discretion
  • Support when system does not meet minimum software requirements
  • Supporting third-party plug-ins like browser helpers and Flash™ players
Recreation Metalways is not responsible for:
  • Loss or corruption of data
  • Replacement of hardware components
  • Provision of software updates or new versions
  • Support for older versions of Supported Hardware (commercially reasonable basis)
  • Assistance with freeware or shareware unless specified
  • Remote or in-person training services
  • Programming, scripting, database development, or website design
  • Product activation keys, except for Signature Service Software
  • Recovery of lost software or data (commercially reasonable basis)
  • Support for intentional damages
  • Any services not explicitly mentioned in this Service Description

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Ongoing Subscriptions: Your subscription continues monthly or annually until canceled or terminated. Introductory offers convert to standard pricing automatically. Internet access and a valid Payment Method are required. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.

Applicable taxes are added to your account based on law. You are responsible for remitting unpaid taxes.

Subscription Variations: We may offer multiple plans, promotions, or terms. Deviation from standard Terms will be disclosed during sign-up. Details are available under “Your Account.” We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or adjust subscription plans.

Recurring Billing: By subscribing, you authorize Recreation Metalways to charge your Payment Method for ongoing fees, including additional usage charges. Amounts may vary based on promotions, gift cards, or plan changes.

Price Changes: Pricing may change at our discretion. Notice will be provided via email unless otherwise specified.

Billing Cycle: Fees are billed at the start of each subscription term. Billing dates may adjust if Payment Method fails. Example: A subscription starting on Jan 31 renews on Feb 28. Account page shows the next renewal date.

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. Access continues until the end of the billing term. Credits may be provided at our discretion, without guarantee of future credits.

Payment Methods: Update Payment Method in “Your Account.” Failure may lead to continued billing attempts. Additional charges by payment provider may apply.

Cancellation: Cancel via “Your Account.” Access continues until the term end. Cancellations after 14 days may incur fees:

Annual plan cancellations follow the above schedule. Third-party payment cancellations must be processed through the respective service. Billing info is available via the third-party account.

Subscriber Qualifications: Must be 18 or age of majority. Minors may use under parental supervision. Services are for personal, non-commercial use. Limited, non-transferable license granted; all other rights reserved.

We continuously update Services and Client. Usage must be legal. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination.

Passwords & Account Access: Account owners must maintain password confidentiality. Company account users must have authority to bind the entity.

Disclaimers of Warranties & Liability: Services are provided “AS IS.” Business Growth Solutions LLC disclaims all warranties except as expressly stated. Liability for indirect damages, including lost profits or data, is excluded unless jurisdiction restricts this limitation.

Governing Law: California, USA laws govern these Terms, without regard to conflict provisions. Consumer rights may apply.

Intellectual Property:

  • Copyright: All content protected by copyright and IP laws.
  • Patents: Visit geekonprint.live for details.
  • Proprietary IP: All technology and IP remain with Recreation Metalways.
  • Copyright Infringement Claims: DMCA procedures apply. Contact support@geekonprint.live.
  • Use of Submitted Information: Recreation Metalways may use feedback globally without compensation.
  • Freedom to Operate: Similar services may be offered to others; usage may be monitored.
  • Customer Support: Remote access may be used with consent.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all Recreation Metalways IP.
  • Consumer Review Fairness: You may post lawful reviews; we may use them commercially.
  • Publicity: Press releases or case studies may be issued; marks require written permission.
ARBITRATION OF CLAIMS

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. WE WANT YOU TO UNDERSTAND HOW IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

At Recreation Metalways, our goal is to resolve most issues you may encounter while using the Services. You can consult our FAQs or contact customer support through our help center. In the rare case that a problem remains unresolved, we want to clarify expectations upfront to avoid confusion. Accordingly, you and Recreation Metalways agree to the following resolution process.

To resolve issues efficiently, you and Recreation Metalways agree to first attempt informal discussions for at least 30 days. Please send your full name, contact information, concern, and proposed solution by mail to:
Recreation Metalways, 123 East 9th Street, Ste #323, Upland, California 91786 – Attn: Legal Department. If we need to discuss the matter, we will contact you via the email you provided at registration.

If no agreement is reached after 30 days of discussion, you and Recreation Metalways agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms (including their formation, performance, or breach), our relationship, or use of the Services must be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. As an exception, you may pursue claims in small claims court if the matter falls within its jurisdiction, proceeding only individually.

Arbitration must begin within one year of the claim arising; otherwise, the claim is waived. Both parties agree to arbitrate individually, not as representatives of a class, and expressly waive any right to class actions or class-wide relief.

Arbitration hearings will be conducted in Upland, California.

You may download the Notice and forms to initiate arbitration at www.adr.org. If you initiate arbitration, your fees will be limited to the AAA filing fee. Recreation Metalways will cover all other arbitration costs, including your portion of arbitrator compensation.

The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court with appropriate jurisdiction.

We understand that specifying dispute resolution is not a fun topic, but we value transparency and appreciate your understanding of the importance of this process.

Survival: If any provision of these Terms of Service is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
